PROJECT OBJECTIVES :

Eliminating gender prejudices and de-segregation Training of 48 beneficiaries (long-last unemployed people) in the sector of childcare services - 900 hrs Favouring the access to labour market for men and women in childcare sector Raising the awareness of public opinion with regard to a new concept of equal opportunities Implementing and managing “Itinerary Creative Laboratories for childcare users” within traditional Public and Private Organisations Experimenting new ways of job placement for the beneficiaries in the childcare sector, through stage activities
